About the Programme Mō tēnei hōtaka – about the programme: We are undertaking a business‑critical transformation with our HRIS and payroll systems. The HRIS and Payroll Replacement programme is replacing Fire and Emergency's legacy HR and Payroll solutions with an integrated payroll platform delivered through a new managed service arrangement. This high‑impact programme will reduce risk and support accurate, compliant pay and leave outcomes for our people. About the Role We are seeking a Learning Designer and Facilitator Lead to join the programme's change team and lead and deliver the planning, design, development and delivery of quality learning solutions. This is a fixed‑term or secondment opportunity until 30 April 2027. The position is based in our National Headquarters in Wellington with flexible location working arrangements. Key Responsibilities Bring the programme's learning approach to life. Equip people with the skills, capabilities and knowledge to carry out their roles effectively by planning, designing, developing and facilitating engaging learning solutions. Work within a programme structure and cadence to ensure learning activities align with key milestones and implementation requirements. What You'll Bring Significant experience and proven success in planning, instructional design and facilitation to design and deliver blended learning solutions. Experience working within transformational change programmes, successfully navigating ambiguity, time pressures and competing priorities. The ability to work autonomously, leading and planning the learning work programme and delivering upon the plan. Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and programme teams. Strong organisational and planning skills, with a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes. Legal and Eligibility Eligibility to work in New Zealand is mandatory for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
