Grounded on our urban marae, our beautiful setting shapes everything we do. We are a small, tight‑knit, and deeply supportive team dedicated to providing an education rich in Te Ao Māori, Kaupapa Māori, and Tikanga Māori. The role: We are seeking a warm, experienced, and passionate new entrant / transition teacher to welcome our littlest learners and their whānau. Your main focus will be creating a gentle, positive pathway into school life, helping our tamariki feel settled, safe, and ready to learn. Because we work closely together, you will be co‑teaching alongside our junior classroom teacher to create a collaborative, fluid learning environment for our junior syndicate. What we are looking for: Cultural alignment: A genuine passion for working within an urban marae setting, backed by a strong foundation or knowledge of te ao Māori and tikanga Māori.
