We're recruiting enthusiastic Psychology graduates to work as Flexible Teaching Assistants across primary, secondary, and specialist schools in Taunton and the surrounding areas. As a Flexible Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside teachers and SEND teams to help pupils overcome barriers to learning, develop emotional resilience, and build confidence both inside and outside the classroom.
