Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher. English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts Normanby School has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and relational teacher to join our staff and have the pleasure of teaching in our Year 6 classroom until the end of the year, with the option of teaching at a different level in 2027. Normanby School is a semi-rural school, 5 minutes from Hāwera. We have a great staff, a supportive community and Board, and most importantly, seven classrooms full of amazing S.T.A.R students. The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the Primary Teachers Collective Agreement. The salary for trained and registered teachers will depend on the applicant’s qualifications and experience. Individuals actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.
