Role Overview Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our busy support team. You will provide governance support to Council by ensuring that the proceedings and deliberations of Council's Committees, Working Parties and Liaison Committees are supported with meeting papers and recorded in an accurate and timely manner. You will also be responsible for supporting our busy General Manager's divisions in an efficient and effective manner. Responsibilities Support governance functions for Council committees, working parties, and liaison committees. Prepare meeting papers and minutes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Provide support to the General Manager and division managers. Qualifications & Skills Exceptional administration and organisational skills. Experienced in providing support to senior managers. Understanding of council environment/local government legislation. Ability to work in a busy environment and think on your feet. Minute‑taking experience. Thrives on change, challenge and collaboration. Business qualification desirable. Must know Microsoft Office suite and hold a full driver’s licence.
