Responsibilities Take responsibility for the creation and review of test plans, test strategies, and test scope for assigned projects, adapting to changing business needs. Develop, implement, and continuously refine fit‑for‑purpose test artefacts. Ensure defined business outcomes are achieved by delivering timely, customer‑centric testing. Identify and prioritise risks that could threaten quality, test delivery, or desired outcomes. Estimate test effort, coordinate, and manage test resources. Define and contribute to the test automation approach and tooling requirements to enable early and frequent application testing. Ensure overall test coverage is achieved as planned. Qualifications In‑depth knowledge and 10+ years of experience in software testing. Ability to design test strategy and define overall test scope for enterprise‑level projects, ensuring proper documentation. Strategic and analytical thinker capable of connecting various organizational aspects and preparing a cohesive technology‑enabled business approach. Proficiency in modern testing techniques that accelerate delivery without compromising quality. Demonstrated experience working in an integrated SaaS product environment. Ability to create visual test models that provide useful, accurate, and timely information. Skill in setting quality standards and managing appropriate quality controls to validate vendor deliverables. Understanding of government operating and decision‑making procedures. Strong relationship‑building skills to foster trust, credibility, and collaboration with team members, managers, staff, vendors, and stakeholders. Excellent communication skills—verbal and written—especially business writing and reporting. Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to track and support test delivery across multiple projects. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
