Trading Manager, The Warehouse, Lower Hutt

Job Description As Trading Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing everything shop‑floor related, including Entertainment, Technology, Apparel, Footwear, and the Price Integrity function. As part of a supportive store management team, you'll report to the Store Manager and ensure merchandising and trading standards are maintained, the Manager’s Trading Plan is delivered, and pricing integrity and availability meet expectations. Additionally, you will recruit, lead, coach, and motivate the team to thrive, enjoy their work and achieve awesome results! The look and feel of our store for a great customer experience comes down to you and your team! Hours of Work Sunday to Wednesday: 7:30 am – 5 pm Thursday: 12 pm – 9:30 pm Qualifications The ideal candidate for this management role should be able to interpret and execute plans, possess good written and verbal communication skills, and have proven experience as a confident leader.
