Job Description
This is a full‑time position of 40 hours per week. The remuneration range for this role is $69,288 – $97,818 p.a. (including KiwiSaver), depending on skills and experience. Role In this entry‑level role, you will be supporting the effective management, organisation, and accessibility of Tiaki Wai documents, records and intranet pages. You’ll work with people all over Tiaki Wai to: Organise and process records for storage, archiving, migration and disposal Search and collate information for various forms of information requests Manage and promote intranet content to ensure it stays up to date About You To be successful in this role you will have: A relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent entry‑level (i.e. at least one year) experience in a relevant field including information and records management Entry‑level experience (i.e. at least one year) in handling physical and digital records and information Experience working with SharePoint Online Desirable Experience working with intranets Experience working with network file shares Experience working within an agile environment and / or in a cross‑functional team Benefits At Tiaki Wai, our purpose extends beyond delivering great water services for the region; we foster a thriving community, support a diverse workforce, and offer supportive development opportunities.
