Job Description

We're seeking a proactive, creative Marketing Coordinator to take our communications to the next level. This is a doing role, not a delegating one. If you love writing, creating and publishing – and want to see your work out in the world the same week you made it – keep reading. Residium is a world-class architecture and design products showroom bringing together leading building and design brands under one roof, connecting exhibitors with the architects, designers and specifiers who use their products. We’re a small, tight-knit team, and we like it that way – everyone’s ideas get heard, and everyone’s work matters. The role You’ll work alongside our Marketing & Showroom Manager, owning the day-to-day production of Residium’s marketing content and digital presence: Write and produce engaging content – blogs, case studies, product news, e-books and email campaigns. Run our social channels: schedule and publish posts, monitor comments and reply to messages. Keep the website current – upload content, onboard new exhibitors, refresh imagery. Source photography and stories from our exhibitors and turn them into great content. Produce marketing collateral – event flyers, signage, posters and sales materials. Help pull together visitor, website and social analytics. Contribute to an exciting event programme. About you At least 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, content, communications or similar. A strong, efficient writer who can hit a brand voice and a deadline. Confident with social platforms and scheduling tools; Canva and MS Office literate. Familiarity with website CMSs (e.g. WordPress) is a bonus; basic photography skills, or the willingness to learn, even better. Organised, detail-oriented and self-managing – comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines with limited supervision. A team player who enjoys being part of a small, hands‑on business. Experience in or around architecture, design or construction an advantage. What we offer Variety – content, social, email, website, events – no two days the same. A close-knit team and a stunning workplace surrounded by great design. Flexibility around how your hours work, with TOIL where events run long. How to apply Send your CV and a short note (or anything you’ve written that you’re proud of) to [email protected]. Applications close 17 th July 2026. Occasional evening/weekend availability is needed around events, with reasonable notice. Work location, part-time or full-time hours are negotiable depending on the candidate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
