It’s mid-sized—embracing a “boutique” sensibility within a broad retail footprint across Australia and NZ Overview We are looking for an energetic Field Territory Manager NZ to nurture and grow relationships with retail partners, enhance in-store brand experiences, and support sell-through of Subemo’s brand partners’ products. This role suits someone who is passionate about technology, appreciates design, and thrives in a role where they can wear multiple hats—sales, training, brand ambassador, and trusted advisor Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with all key partners both externally and internally. Drive sales growth through effective account management, training, merchandising, and in-store support. Represent Subemo and its brand partners with professionalism and product expertise. Execute store-level activations and support product launches to maximise retail visibility and engagement. Identify new business opportunities in line with Subemo’s boutique and premium positioning. Provide ongoing feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights. Maintain accurate reporting through CRM and contribute to forecasting and planning conversations What You’ll Bring Proven field sales or account management experience, ideally in consumer electronics, lifestyle brands, or design-led products. A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and people skills. Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own travel, time, and priorities.
