Job Description

We’re on a mission to deliver the highest-quality solar and battery storage systems to New Zealand homes and businesses. Through offering outstanding customer service, quality products and lifetime support post-install. We’re a close-knit team that provides full training on the solar industry, proposal design, and all required software and processes, so no prior solar experience necessary! The Role Lead incoming and outgoing phone/email enquiries. Qualify and log new leads, gather key information, and conduct site visits. Design tailored solar proposals with our in house software. Drive opportunities through consistent follow-up to keep the pipeline moving. Build and nurture partnerships with new and existing clients. What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience with a track record in managing pipelines effectively. A friendly and proactive person who enjoys connecting with people. Pride in delivering exceptional results and customer experiences, with a focus on quality and providing the best solutions rather than just numbers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy sales pipeline without missing follow-ups. Computer-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and software - ideally familiar with handling CRM systems previously. Living in Wanaka/Hawea and committed to the community.
