Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Paving, concreting, and retaining wall construction on community and commercial projects Turf, planting, and softscape installation across parks and sporting fields Irrigation and drainage installation and civil earthworks Timber structure construction and bespoke landscape features Operating plant and machinery as required on active construction sites Mentoring junior staff and contributing to a productive, well‑run site Qualifications and Requirements Proven hands‑on landscape construction experience across hardscape and softscape disciplines (not parks maintenance) Broad capability across paving, concreting, retaining walls, turf, irrigation, drainage, and civil works Current White Card and valid driver’s licence (required) Plant and machinery operation experience is a strong bonus Strong work ethic, ability to mentor junior staff, and a team‑first attitude Genuine willingness to relocate to Queensland long‑term Benefits and Career Pathway Earn 45 to 50 AUD per hour plus super.
