About the Role Associate Clinical Charge Nurse (ACCN) – Permanent, full time, 1FTE, located at Elective Surgery Centre – North Shore Hospital. This dynamic role requires a high level of clinical expertise, adaptability, and a proactive approach to managing a constantly evolving environment. About the Team / Service / Location We provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing elective procedures, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and patient‑centred care. With a strong focus on surgical nursing, particularly Orthopaedics, the ESC addresses the increasing demand for elective surgery within a growing and ageing population. Waitematā district is one of the fastest‑growing regions in NewZealand, and the ESC plays a key role in ensuring residents have increased access to high‑quality elective surgical services. About you We are looking for someone who is confident, adaptable, and dedicated to clinical excellence and effective teamwork.
