We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Health Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator to join us in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland to provide support across the wider business. In this varied and rewarding role, you'll provide operational and administrative support to our Health, Safety & Wellbeing team, helping deliver initiatives that keep our people safe, healthy, and engaged. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, ensuring our HSW processes run smoothly while contributing to continuous improvement and positive workplace outcomes. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for the HSW Helpdesk, triaging and responding to Level 1 enquiries. Provide administrative and project support to the HSW team, including meeting coordination, documentation, and process improvements. Coordinate HSW training, inductions, contractor and supplier pre-qualifications, and ergonomic assessments. Support occupational health, wellbeing, and emergency preparedness initiatives. Prepare H&S reports and tender information, maintaining accurate records and documentation. Create and manage HSW content for the intranet and other internal platforms. Develop and coordinate HSW communications, including safety alerts, newsletters, and awareness campaigns. Provide guidance and support to Health & Safety Representatives and Wellbeing Champions, connecting them with the right resources. Support injury management, return-to-work programmes, and occupational health monitoring. Administer ACC processes, including claims, documentation, reporting, and reconciliations. Produce regular reports and contribute to improving injury management processes and resources. Provide cover for the Occupational Health Advisor and Return-to-Work Advisor when required. Na tōu rourou | What you'll bring An Occupational Health and Safety Certificate (level 4) or a desire to work toward this. Experience in return-to-work coordination and/or injury management. A genuine interest in health, safety, and wellbeing People focused, collaborative and approachable. Organised, structured and detail-oriented. Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills. A strong and enthusiastic team player. Curious, creative and solutions focused mindset. A knowledge of SharePoint or similar systems.
