About you You will have loads of passion and a commitment towomen centred and culturally respectful care. As a recent or newgraduate , who meets the Midwifery Council and NZCOM enrolment requirementsfor the Midwifery First year of Practice programme (MFYP), we will assist yourtransition to practice through a comprehensive New Graduate Midwifery programmewhich includes: a full orientation, access to midwifery educator and clinicalcoach support, and a range of clinical experiences across a variety ofmidwifery settings to help prepare you to become a confident midwiferypractitioner. As a midwife you will be able to use all yourclinical and organisational skills and expertise across pregnancy, birthing andpostnatal care. Shiftwill be rostered across AM, PM and Nights working8-hour shifts.
