We are searching for a highly motivated individual with a track record of successful sales performance and a proven natural ability to lead. Responsibilities Report to the Branch Manager and sit within the sales team. Upsell finance, insurance, and aftercare products on all vehicle sales. Participate in marketing activities. Manage personal sales goals and performance metrics. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks. Provide an exceptional and personalised customer experience. Identify sales opportunities and strengthen existing relationships. Think creatively and outside conventional approaches. Maintain relationships with suppliers, wholesalers, internal staff and wider group teams. Qualifications Highly motivated with a successful sales history. Demonstrated leadership capability. Experience in vehicle finance, insurance, or general sales (advantage). Strong communication skills at all organisational levels. Proficiency with technology and sales systems.
