Our Timber & Building department sits at the heart of our Trade operation — supporting customers who rely on us every day for quality products, efficient service, and practical advice. About the Role We have a permanent, part‑time opportunity (24 hours midweek) available within our Timber & Building (Trade) department, working across both the Trade Counter and Timber Yard. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role supporting customers from enquiry through to order fulfillment. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment where accuracy, product knowledge, and teamwork matter. Whether you’re on the counter processing orders or out in the yard preparing them, your focus is to keep customers moving — quickly and correctly. This is a physical role in a busy department, so confidence working in an outdoor, warehouse‑style retail environment is important.
