Delta Washing Limited is looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team in the Waikato region and support the Director with day-to-day operations, business administration, scheduling, and general organisational tasks. The ideal candidate must be reliable and proactive, able to prioritise tasks effectively. Key Duties Manage the Director’s calendar by arranging meetings, site visits, and managing phone communications. Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to support the smooth operations of cleaning services across client locations. Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, service requests, and client enquiries. Support the preparation of staff rosters, coordinate cleaner assignments, and maintain employee records. Draft and manage business documentation such as service agreements, reports, and compliance records. Research, compile, and prepare reports, presentations, and operational information to assist the Director with business planning and decision-making. Communicate professionally with company staff, clients, suppliers, and contractors to support service delivery. Maintain well‑organised filing systems, including health and safety records, site inductions, and compliance documentation. Monitor business expenses, process invoices, and assist with basic bookkeeping and payroll functions for cleaning staff. Coordinate maintenance of company equipment and vehicles, ensuring all records are accurately maintained. Follow up on assigned tasks and service‑related actions to ensure timely completion as directed by the Director. Other Important Requirements Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or at least a relevant Level 5 qualification. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Able to work independently and in a team. Reliable with a strong work ethic. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to take initiative and support others when required. You will be required to work at least 30 hours per week and be paid between $30 and $35 per hour. Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour. Work Location: In person. #J-18808-Ljbffr
