Working alongside healthcare professionals, you'll help improve patient outcomes while building long-term customer relationships. The Role Supported by an experienced leadership team and dedicated marketing resources, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of customers across the Auckland territory. Working closely with surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital staff, you'll drive the adoption of an innovative medical device portfolio through clinical education, product support, and strategic account management. Key responsibilities include: Building strong relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, and key hospital stakeholders. Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand product adoption. Providing product training and clinical support in operating theatres and other healthcare settings. Delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales and territory objectives. About You We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for business development and identifying new opportunities. You'll be resilient and comfortable building trust in a highly clinical, relationship-driven environment. You will bring: Experience in medical device, healthcare or clinical sales, or a clinical background with a desire to move into sales. A proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence a range of stakeholders. A self-motivated, tenacious approach with a track record of achieving results. A genuine passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes. Experience working with hospitals or across surgical, orthopaedics, wound care, infection prevention, or other medical device portfolios will be advantageous but is not essential.
