IDEA Services supports adults with intellectual disabilities and seeks a dedicated Support Worker in Tauranga. You will assist individuals with daily living, ensure safety, manage complex needs, and promote meaningful activities within community settings. We value caregivers with resilience, calm demeanour, and the ability to adapt to challenging behaviours.
