Customer/Service Person - Hirepool Shoring Reference: 6911309 Ongoing training & development opportunities (i.e. endorsements and licences) Free staff hire in our DIY fleet 4% Employer Kiwisaver contribution (up to 6% based on length of service) We are looking for a Customer/Service Person to join our Shoring team in Wellington. You will play a key role in supporting our local customers to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, who is based in Auckland, you'll be providing advice and support to our customers over the phone and in-branch as well as being responsible for the dispatch and receipt of shoring equipment and ensuring our hire equipment is fit for purpose. Don't worry if haven't got any prior industry experience; we'll support your training and development on the job. All we ask is that you have a positive, can-do attitude and be a team player who's happy to pitch in wherever required. What you'll do: Answer phone queries and raise customer contracts Ensure all items are ready on time, and deliveries and pickups meet the customer's expectations Arrange freight to & from customers as well as inter-branch Demonstrate by safe and correct usage of TSNZ shoring systems and ensure all packing information is provided Perform routine maintenance or arrange for repairs of hire equipment, and clean/maintain stock, tools, equipment, and storage areas What you need: Full Class 1 Driver Licence Ideally an F endorsement (but we can help you obtain this) Basic to intermediate computer skills Ability to work autonomously Strong communication and customer relationship skills Who we are: We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including enhanced employer Kiwisaver contributions, flexible working, and company-funded life insurance.
