Job Description

Laboratory Technician - Hawkes Bay Fallen Soldiers Hospital Permanent, Full Time, 80 hours per fortnight (1 FTE) 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday and inclusion in a weekend roster covering Saturday mornings. About the Role As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of accurate and timely diagnostic services. Youll be responsible for receiving, processing, and preparing patient samples, ensuring all specimens meet quality and laboratory standards before analysis. This is a hands - on and detail - focused role where youll work in a fast - paced environment, balancing multiple priorities to meet turnaround times. Youll also contribute to maintaining equipment, managing workload, and ensuring compliance with laboratory protocols.
