This role involves working across all year levels (Y0–6), supporting a diverse range of learners, including those requiring additional learning support and those needing extension and enrichment. The successful applicant will: build positive relationships with students, whānau, and colleagues demonstrate effective, inclusive teaching practice confidently differentiate programmes to meet the needs of all learners work collaboratively as part of a supportive team uphold the principles and intentions of Te Tiriti o Waitangi in their teaching practice be reflective, flexible, and committed to ongoing professional growth. Knowledge of Structured Literacy and the iDeaL platform would be an advantage but is not essential. A willingness to upskill and implement the programmes and approaches used at Ebbett Park School is expected.
