Downer is seeking an experienced Submissions Manager to lead development of compelling bid submissions for EOIs, RFTs and other opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. You will work closely with Bid Managers, operational experts and key stakeholders to articulate Downer's value proposition and support growth.
