You’ll work closely with the Parts Department, Workshop, Front-of-House teams, and external trade and retail customers, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholders. Benefits Market-leading salary Monthly team-based commissions New account sign-on bonus Flexible start/finish times Excellent opportunity to work with Euro brands Great team culture - supportive, fun, and closely connected with workshop staff Comprehensive employee benefits package Day-to-day Responsibilities Interact with retail customers, workshop technicians, panel beaters, and suppliers with professionalism and urgency Manage a mix of workshop counter duties and retail parts support Provide accurate parts interpretation and expert technical product knowledge Handle phone and email enquiries Process parts orders, quotes, and inventory enquiries Ensure timely supply of parts to the workshop to maximise productivity Maintain accurate invoicing and documentation About You Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dealership Parts Advisor or Trade Parts experience Thrive in a fast-paced environment with high standards and strong customer expectations Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail Confident computer literacy Hold a valid NZ Full driver’s licence A team player who enjoys a relaxed but professional environment Work with one of the leading Automotive groups in NZ.
