Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team. Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer enquiries professionally. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient trading. Manage stock levels, merchandising, inventory accuracy and stock control. Recruit, train and onboard new team members. Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs effectively. Take ownership of the store's P&L, managing budgets, controlling costs and driving profitability. Analyse sales reports and identify opportunities to improve performance. About You Previous experience in a Retail Manager or Assistant Store Manager position. Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful teams. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident managing stock, merchandising and store operations. Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities. A customer‑first approach with a passion for delivering great service. Experience with POS systems and retail reporting is advantageous.
