Overview This role offers hands on exposure to core property functions, contributing to team strategy, data analysis, and operational delivery while building a strong foundation in property management and development. Key Responsibilities Support day‑to‑day property team activities, including meetings, administrative tasks, and contributing to planning and strategy discussions. Maintain and update property data and documentation, including the resource consent database, and provide insights to support decision‑making. Assist with property projects across Development, Asset Management, Construction & Delivery, and Energy, including site visits and refurbishment activity. Complete data analysis and reporting tasks, such as reviewing sales numbers, operational metrics, and supporting sustainability initiatives. About You Ability to work with data using a diligent, detail‑focused approach. You’re proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and confident using Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables, graphs and charts, and basic formulas. You have exposure to, or an interest in developing skills in, Power BI to support reporting and insights. You’re currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a qualification in Property, Planning, or Law, or a related discipline, and you’re curious, organised, and keen to learn, with a genuine interest in property. Internship Programme 12‑week paid work at living wage starting in November based in Māngere, Auckland. Renowned learning and development sessions fortnightly.
