Senior Landscaper/site Foreman

This is a hands on position, leading a team of 3-5 people across a broad range of landscape projects. The type of work we do includes: Installing steel/timber edging. Earthworks. Irrigation installation. Planting on commercial & residential projects. Installing retaining walls. Decking. Fencing. Paving. Block work Lawn preparation/install. Installing pathways/driveways. Concreting Who we are looking for Previous experience in a landscaping leadership role and/or building experience. Self motivated & able to motivate a team, even on the toughest projects. Good time management. Physically fit. Lead by example. Able to lead a team effectively on a range of projects. Experience with budget control. Experience in the following is essential - working off landscape plans, irrigation install, timber work, planting & lawn prep/install Remuneration package Work vehicle (for work purposes only).
