Job Description

Customer Support Specialist Location: Auckland City, New Zealand. Type: Full time, on site, fixed term (seasonal contract until April 2027). Overview As a Customer Support Specialist at Tourism Holdings Limited (thl), you will provide real‑time operational support to guests on hire, ensuring their safety, satisfaction, and confidence throughout their journey. Responsibilities Respond to calls, messages and written communication to deliver real‑time assistance to guests on hire. Investigate vehicle and service issues, and guide guests through troubleshooting and solutions. Manage customer cases end‑to‑end, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow‑up. Coordinate with branches, contractors and suppliers to deliver outcomes. Handle customer complaints with empathy and ownership. Support insurance claim processing and maintain system records. Qualifications Experience in customer service and complaint resolution. Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone and written). Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and CRM platforms (D365 desirable). Proactive, resilient, and team‑focused attitude. Working Hours Rotational roster between 7:00am and 10:00pm, including weekends and public holidays (with reasonable notice).
