It sits within the Technology Collections team that manages Salesforce and our survey collection systems. The Salesforce platform supports field workforce management, survey collections, case management, and CRM. The system is used by approximately half of Stats NZ staff. Responsibilities Work on complex Salesforce projects in an Agile dev‑ops team. Fix issues, implement enhancements, and manage deployments on the platform. Support customers to get value out of Salesforce with solutions that are easy to use and maximise Salesforce's functionality. Assist in the collection of survey data, engagement with external organisations, and manage requests to use Datalab. Qualifications Salesforce developer experience with minimum Salesforce certifications in Admin and App Builder. Salesforce functional and technical skills to support a Salesforce org using Service Cloud, Omni‑Channel, and Field Service. Experience working under time pressure and meeting deadlines with strong attention to detail, passion for quality, and excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
