A graduate role at Deloitte is the perfect introduction to your first full‑time permanent role in a business. You start with a cohort of people just like you, who have recently completed their studies, and get hands‑on experience and support to apply your tertiary learnings in a real‑world context. People at Deloitte are the best at what they do and learning from high‑performers is a fantastic way to kickstart your growth and career. You are not on a ‘programme’ and instead inducted into the business as a key member of the team from day one. Once you sign your contract with Deloitte, you will start in February the year following. Between the application process and your start‑date, we have many events and touchpoints, so you feel part of the Deloitte whānau before your first day and are greeted with friendly faces. If you are interested in pursuing a professional qualification, Deloitte support this through paid study leave, subsidised courses, and training from senior members of the team. There are also many learning and development opportunities offered to our graduates outside of the professional qualification realm.
