Full time, Permanent Busy Bees Onehunga is a boutique early learning centre with a warm, homely feel where strong relationships, belonging, and community are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an experienced Centre Manager to partner with our Regional Manager and lead our dedicated team as we continue to grow and strengthen our centre. Salary of $101,120 per annum. The role As Centre Manager, you will: lead centre performance and inspire a high-performing team deliver quality education and care while ensuring compliance and positive outcomes coach and mentor kaiako through professional growth and development drive centre strategy, curriculum evaluation, and continuous improvement manage occupancy, enrolments, staffing, and rosters build strong relationships with whānau and the wider community champion a bicultural curriculum grounded in Te Tiriti o Waitangi About you You will have: a Bachelor of Education (ECE) or equivalent NZQA-approved qualification current New Zealand teacher registration previous leadership experience within the ECE sector strong knowledge of Te Whāriki, licensing requirements, and ECE regulations experience managing occupancy, enrolments, and staffing a genuine commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, te reo Māori, and tikanga Māori.
