Service Delivery Coordinator – Mowbray Street Pay: $30.78 per hour Shift pattern: 2 week rotating. Week1 – Tue‑Fri 6.00am to 3.30pm, Sat 6.00am to 10.30am. Week2 – Mon‑Fri 9.30am to 6.00pm. Term: 12 months fixed term. About the Role The Service Delivery Coordinator supports the Manager in coordinating resources on site. You will keep the team informed with changes, help develop their skills and careers, and assist in managing site performance and its people. The role acts as the day‑to‑day liaison between Couriers, Delivery Agents, Contract Posties and Rural Delivery Contractors, ensuring resourcing support meets daily needs. You will bring a hands‑on approach, demonstrate a commitment to safety, and foster a high‑performing, positive team culture. Shift Availability Week1 – Tue, Wed, Thurs and Fri: 6.00am to 3.30pm; Sat: 6.00am to 10.30am. Week2 – Mon to Fri: 9.30am to 6.00pm.
