\nInterContinental Auckland is seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.
\nBased in the heart of Auckland's vibrant waterfront, this role will support the continued growth of both InterContinental Auckland and our award‑winning Advieh Restaurant & Bar. Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and key stakeholders across the hotel, you will bring our luxury brand to life through engaging storytelling, innovative campaigns and meaningful guest experiences across a variety of digital and traditional marketing channels.

- Content Creation & Storytelling: Create engaging and inspiring content across digital, social, print and promotional channels that showcases the luxury experiences of InterContinental Auckland and Advieh Restaurant & Bar. This includes photography, short‑form video, copywriting and campaign assets. \n
- Website & Digital Management: Maintain and update the hotel and restaurant websites, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, optimised and aligned with brand standards and current promotions. \n
- Social Media Management: Plan, create and manage content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Monitor engagement, identify opportunities to grow our online presence and help strengthen our brand awareness. \n
- Campaign Development: Support the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, promotions, special events and brand initiatives. Measure campaign performance and use insights to continually optimise results. \n
- Brand Partnerships & Public Relations: Assist with media opportunities, influencer collaborations, partnerships, photography shoots and content creation to further elevate the InterContinental Auckland and Advieh brands. \n
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments including Sales, Food & Beverage, Front Office and Revenue, as well as external agencies and creative partners, to deliver consistent and impactful marketing initiatives. \n
- Market Research & Reporting: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity and emerging marketing opportunities. Prepare reports and provide insights that support commercial decision‑making and future campaigns. \n

- A qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline is preferred. \n
- Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within hospitality, tourism, luxury or lifestyle brands. \n
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. \n
- A creative eye for content creation, photography and digital storytelling. \n
- Experience managing social media platforms and developing engaging content. \n
- Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing platforms. \n
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative software is advantageous. \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. \n
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality. \n
