We welcome applications from our diverse Māori, Pacific, disabled, and rainbow communities. About the Role This role will see you supporting patients in their rehabilitation journey. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions and rehabilitation needs. Provide high‑quality, person‑centred nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs. Assist patients with daily activities and mobility to promote independence and recovery. Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring that each patient's unique goals and needs are addressed. Qualifications & Requirements Comprehensive clinical assessment and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within the inter‑professional team. Ability to direct and delegate to Allied Health Assistants. Excellent communication skills to liaise with health professionals, both within the in‑patient services and in the community setting. Recent experience of working with older adults in acute, rehabilitation or community settings. Must be a NZ Registered Nurse with a current APC. Shift Pattern This role covers a Monday to Sunday rostered shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
