12-month Fixed Term, full-time position - 32 hrs week Rostered shifts Top hourly rates and allowances offered Stunning Retirement Village located in the heart of Mt Maunganui About the role We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our fabulous team at Bay Sands village in Mt Maunganui on a 12-month Fixed Term contract from September 2026 to September 2027. You will be working rostered shifts – 32 hours week, so flexibility is essential. We offer top hourly rates and allowances as well as an amazing team to work in! Clinical assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care Effective communication and clinical problem-solving skills Work collaboratively with other team members Develop and review care plans in consultation with our residents and their families About you You pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service to our residents and have empathy for the older person. You also have: Current Practicing Certificate and first aid certificate Strong nursing experience, aged care - even better!
