About the role Are you looking for a new opportunity that will excite and challenge you every day, while helping people? This role will be part of our highly successful and growing Auckland Support Team, supporting our global ezyVet software customer base. Responsibilities Support veterinary customers worldwide via high‑quality email and phone service. Efficiently problem‑solve and manage tickets until resolution. Deliver training webinars focused on specific ezyVet features and continuously up‑skill both yourself and customers. Contribute to the support roster, including weekend shifts every 4‑5 weeks and a rotating shift pattern of either 6am‑3pm or 10am‑7pm, with assignments 3months in advance. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience answering many phone calls. Passion, empathy and resilience, with a can‑do attitude and a willingness to take the driver’s seat of your career. A passion for technology or the veterinary industry, and experience with ezyVet or general clinic experience is desirable. Background in technology, veterinary nursing, animal health, commerce or economics provides a strong foundation. Ability to work a flexible shift pattern, including weekends.
