What You’ll Be Doing As an Account Manager, you will expand Cotality’s footprint in New Zealand by commercialising our digital solutions and building lasting relationships with clients. Portfolio Growth : Own, manage, and grow the NZ SME customer portfolio, identifying new sales opportunities and expanding our presence. Solution Selling : Present Cotality’s digital solutions and activate new listing portal offerings with clients. Strategic Planning : Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan aligned with state objectives and lead key account strategies. Client Engagement : Maintain high customer engagement through a structured operating rhythm, managing senior‑level relationships and influencing decisions. Market Intelligence : Gather and share market insights to inform product and sales strategies, and provide regular performance reporting against budget. Job Qualifications Essential A proven hunter mentality with 3+ years of successful B2B digital sales experience. Strong understanding of CRMs, data platforms, and digital listing ecosystems. Expertise in strategic sales planning, deal negotiation, and commercial acumen. Exceptional presentation and solution‑selling skills, with the ability to influence decisions using data and insights. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams. Willingness to travel across the metropolitan region as required for client engagement. Preferred Prior experience within the real estate industry. Knowledge of Cotality’s core markets (real estate, construction, and finance).
