Led by award-winning Partner, Liz Blythe, this dynamic and experienced team routinely advises on New Zealand's most significant and complex technology transactions, as well as supporting some of the world's largest tech and digital companies in relation to their New Zealand ventures. They support clients through ransomware attacks, advise on high-profile cross-industry initiatives to reduce cybercrime, assist clients to develop and implement exciting new biometric, AI and blockchain-based tools, support clients to execute complex multi-jurisdictional IT transformations and consult on business-critical IT disputes - no two days in this team are the same! About the role We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic lawyer with strong private practice experience and 3-6 years PQE to join our Auckland based team. Our team offers you the opportunity to get involved in cutting edge technology transactions and work closely with some of the world's most well-known technology companies, leading New Zealand financial services and energy institutions and suppliers and consumers of technology platforms and services across a wide range of industries. This work spans traditional IT, telecommunications and digital platforms, privacy and cybersecurity advisory, as well as emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning and blockchain-powered solutions.
