Cook (Part-Time) - CHT Lansdowne

We’re looking for a dedicated Cook to join our team at CHT Lansdowne. You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious, high-quality meals that meet the dietary needs of our residents, while ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are upheld. Responsibilities and Qualifications Prepare, cook, and present meals to a high standard, including portioning and plating. Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety, including cleaning and waste management. Receive, store, and rotate kitchen supplies to ensure freshness and reduce waste. Support menu planning to meet dietary and cultural needs of residents. Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive kitchen environment. Previous experience cooking in a similar environment, ideally in aged care or healthcare. Able to work under pressure with a positive, professional attitude. A team player who can also work independently with a flexible approach. Physically fit, reliable, and committed to high hygiene standards.
