What You'll Actually Be Doing Own the full sales cycle across a defined set of enterprise accounts— from pipeline development to close— delivering consistent quota attainment. Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, positioning Salesforce as a strategic partner in their AI and CRM transformation journey. Collaborate with solution engineers, customer success, and partner teams to design and present compelling proposals tailored to each customer's business outcomes. Forecast accurately and maintain rigorous pipeline discipline to support territory planning and business growth across New Zealand. You're Our Person If… You have proven experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You can engage confidently at the C‑suite level, translating business challenges into technology solutions with clear ROI. You bring strong skills in territory planning, pipeline management, and deal execution—including negotiation and closing. Your experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviours for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
