Responsibilities Design and develop CAE managed courseware and training materials in line with standardised product processes and product specifications. Participate in review of training content to ensure adherence to development standards and requirements and implement feedback from the development team. Adhere to delivery schedules and report any issues arising related to scope or schedule. Collaborate with colleagues in sharing of expertise and the performance of similar or connected tasks. Minimum Qualifications Experience or qualifications in the development of computer‑based training. Solid experience in training development, ideally within defence or aviation industries. Experience with Learning Content Management Systems and authoring tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite. Ability to work to a hybrid arrangement, minimum 3 days in the office and 2 days flexible. Working out of the Head Office in Homebush, NSW. Ability to obtain/maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance – must be an Australian Citizen. Preferred Qualifications Cert IV in Training and Assessment. Demonstrated understanding of ADF training policies and procedures. Security Requirements As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible to obtain a Defence Security Clearance to work in this role – please be mindful to obtain a clearance, one of the main requirements is you must be an Australian Citizen.
