Senior Technical Data Business Analyst | Contract We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Data Business Analyst to join a high-performing AI & Data team on a contract basis. This is a hands‑on role where you'll work with business stakeholders, data engineers and solution architects to define data requirements, map source systems, document data flows, and help deliver high-quality data products. What you'll be doing Gather and document business and technical data requirements Analyse source systems and map data from source to target Produce data mappings, lineage, transformation rules and data quality requirements Work closely with engineers and architects to design data solutions Support testing, UAT and data governance activities Engage with stakeholders to shape new data use cases What you'll bring Strong Business Analysis experience in data-focused projects Good understanding of data warehousing and data engineering concepts Experience with data mapping, data modelling and source-to-target documentation Knowledge of Kimball methodologies Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Exposure to AWS and/or Azure data platforms Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale data initiatives within a collaborative team, helping shape modern data products from discovery through to delivery.
