Job Description

Evergreen Herbs Marketing Limited is seeking a proactive and creative member to support the growth of our brand through effective marketing strategies, campaign management, and content creation. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting our herbal products, engaging with target audiences, and contributing to the company’s long-term success. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy and Planning Develop and implement marketing and advertising plans aligned with company goals and target customers. Conduct market research to analyse trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity. Recommend strategic initiatives to improve brand visibility and market share. Develop targeted strategies to grow the brand presence in East Asian and Australasian markets. 2. Campaign Management Plan, coordinate, and manage both online and offline marketing campaigns. Track and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise marketing outcomes. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. 3. Content Creation and Branding Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, the company website, email newsletters, and blogs. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. Work closely with management team to produce high-quality marketing assets. 4. General and Flexible Duties Support the Director in additional tasks or responsibilities as needed. Be prepared to adapt to a dynamic work environment and undertake varied tasks to ensure smooth business operations. Contribute to team meetings and share insights or suggestions for improving marketing effectiveness. Hourly rate: $25 or above depending on experience and skills. Minimum of 30 working hours per week Full time permanent position Minimum Requirements (must meet one of the following) Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Administration, or other business-related disciplines; OR Work Experience: More than five years of professional experience in marketing or management.
