About The Role As a Packer, you’ll be part of a supportive and hard-working steeped production team responsible for helping to pack our steeped coffee products with care and consistency. You'll also jump in where needed, from general line support to keeping the production and warehouse areas clean, tidy, and running smoothly. This Hands-on Role Involves Fulfilling the packing requirements of the steeped production line (in line with training provided) Ensuring packaging meets quality and safety requirements Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Working efficiently to meet daily production targets This is a casual position based at our Roastery in East Tamaki working between Monday to Friday. About You You’re someone who: Has a great attitude and is ready to learn Enjoys practical, hands-on work in a team environment Has high attention to detail and takes pride in doing a job well Is reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Working as a Packer gives you the perfect introduction to the coffee industry. You’ll get firsthand insight into how our coffee is crafted, from roasting to packaging, and you’ll be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do.
