Enable New Zealand is a Crown-owned entity on a mission; to support disabled people and their whanau to live everyday lives in their communities. We do this by effectively managing access to equipment, modifications and information services for disabled people and their whanau on behalf of Disability Support Services (DSS) - Ministry of Social Development (MSD) and the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC).

With our head office centrally located in Palmerston North, we deliver services to thousands of New Zealanders each year as Aotearoa's largest disability equipment provider. This position is remote based and we are seeking applications from candidates across Aotearoa.

As Service Manager, Clinical Advisory Services, you will provide leadership, coaching and operational oversight to a highly skilled team of clinical professionals. Working closely with the National Manager, Professional Advisory Services, you will ensure the team delivers high-quality, responsive and efficient services that support Enable New Zealand's contractual commitments to MSD, ACC and Health New Zealand stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced registered allied health professional who enjoys leading people, driving continuous improvement and building strong stakeholder relationships. You will play a key role in shaping service delivery, supporting quality outcomes for disabled people and their whanau, and contributing to the ongoing development of Enable New Zealand's clinical services.

Nga mahi haepapa | Role responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach and develop the Clinical Advisory Services team to achieve exceptional performance and service outcomes.
• Ensure delivery of contractual KPIs and quality standards across all clinical advisory services.
• Provide expert clinical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSS-MSD, ACC, Health New Zealand, assessors and service providers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, risk management activities and service enhancements.
• Oversee reporting, audit activity, workforce planning and operational performance.
  Champion a culture of collaboration, wellbeing, professional development and accountability.
