Bendon is looking for a Loyalty & CRM Analyst to help bring our new loyalty programme to life!

If you're into CRM, love a good customer journey, and get a bit too excited about segmentation, automation and seeing email performance actually improve - this one's for you.

This is a chance to step into something new and help shape how our customers experience Bendon. You'll be behind the scenes building the systems and comms that turn first-time shoppers into loyal members - thinking about how they're welcomed, rewarded, recognised, and brought back again (and again).

You'll work across EDMs, lifecycle journeys and loyalty comms, plus help explore partnerships that actually feel valuable to members - not just "nice to have", but stuff people actually care about. And yes, you'll be deep in the data too - figuring out what's landing, what's not, and how we make it better.

What you'll be doing:

  • Bringing our loyalty programme to life across CRM, Klaviyo, EDMs, retail + eCommerce
  • Building and improving customer journeys that feel personal, relevant and well-timed
  • Creating and optimising EDMs, automations and segmentation strategies
  • Using data to figure out what's working (and what needs a glow-up)
  • Helping shape loyalty partnerships that actually add value for members
  • Working closely with Marketing, eCommerce, Retail, IT, Finance and Creative teams

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years in CRM, email marketing, loyalty, retention or lifecycle marketing
  • Experience with CRM tools (Klaviyo = bonus points)
  • Solid understanding of EDMs, automation, segmentation + customer journeys
  • Comfortable with data - you can read it, make sense of it, and act on it
  • Strong writing skills and a good feel for tone of voice
  • Organised, switched-on, and able to juggle multiple campaigns at once
  • Comfortable working across different teams without getting lost in the chaos
  • You actually care about customers (not just clicks and conversions)
  • Bonus if you've worked with loyalty or rewards programmes before
