• Build a strong CV and confidently communicate your skills in interviews
• Explore career pathways and see how your interests align with different roles
• Gain insight into Maori and Pasifika experiences in corporate environments
• Apply your learning in a practical, real-world assessment setting

About the Kiwa Mentoring Programme

The Kiwa Mentoring Programme is designed to create a culturally safe and supportive environment where participants can build meaningful connections, strengthen their confidence, and grow both personally and professionally.

We welcome participants from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, including Maori, Pasifika, and allies who are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive community. We recognise that everyone brings unique strengths, aspirations, and ways of learning, and we encourage individuals with disabilities, additional mental health needs, chronic health conditions, or who identify as neurodivergent to participate.
