Part Time Grounds Keeper

Key Responsibilities We are seeking a reliable and hardworking part time Grounds keeperto join our team at the Malvern Processing Plant, located just outside of Christchurch. This role is responsible for maintaining the grounds and surrounding areas to ensure a safe, tidy, and well-presented site. Mowing, edging, and maintaining lawns and green spaces Weed control, spraying, and general vegetation management Maintaining pathways, fences, and outdoor areas Operating and maintaining groundskeeping equipment General labouring and site upkeep tasks Supporting site teams as required Following all health and safety procedures Qualifications Strong work ethic and reliability Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions Ability to work independently and as part of a team A strong commitment to health and safety Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or labouring experience Experience using mowers, trimmers, and small machinery Chemical handling or spraying certification Additional information To ensure a safe workplace, South Pacific Meats conducts pre-employment medical checks and drug screening.
