IDEA Services supports people with intellectual disabilities to live in their own homes and participate in their communities. As a Support Worker, you will assist clients with daily living tasks, manage risks, and help ensure their safety in a home-based setting. We value varied life experience and an open-minded attitude; previous caregiving is helpful, and weekend shifts are required.
